Dr. Bailey served as a senior executive and engineer with Exxon, most recently as President, Arabian Gulf. Before beginning his twenty-year tenure with Exxon, he was an executive with Texaco for 15 years. He has experience in all aspects of the oil and gas industry, both upstream and downstream, onshore and offshore, and has served on numerous energy company executive boards. He received his BS in engineering from the University of Houston, and a PhD from Columbia Pacific University in San Rafael, California.
Over several decades Mr. Dillard has established a record of success in the formation and growth of public and private companies. Most recently he served as a senior officer and director of Enercor, a company that has assembled over 40,000 acres of oil and gas leases with significant reserves in the western US. He is also a director of Surge Energy, a publicly traded oil and gas company. Previously, he received additional oil and gas industry experience with Mobil Oil Company.
He has an extensive background in all aspects of the capital markets and finance. He has been involved in numerous development-stage companies and served as the Senior Vice President and CFO of Pepperdine University for seven years.
Prior to earning an MBA with honors from the Harvard Business School, Mr. Dillard graduated from Texas A & M University with a degree in accounting. He is a former chairman of the Southern California Harvard Business School Association.
Dr. Fraim holds three degrees, including a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A & M University. He has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas fields of Texas. He holds 18 patents with 8 more pending and has written numerous papers for the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Mr. Drum has been active in Texas oil fields as a driller and oil and gas well owner and registered operator for nearly 30 years. He presently owns working interests in a number of fields in Texas covering nearly 2,000 acres and hundreds of wells.
